I'd hope neither of those options befall the writer of the blimmin' stupid question.

Both options are beyond horrific, and not something to wish on one's worst enemy let alone on yourself as a free choice.

I thought it was a particularly stupid question TBH.
As someone pointed out, it is a choice of either regressing to being newborn (no old memories), or being dead (no new memories).
