However, I've always tended to speak my mind, and I see no reason to change. If this results in me getting sacked then they are the ones who are going to be the biggest loosers, because:
1. the assistant hasn't got a sodding clue.
2. there is no system documentation, as I inherited none (18 months ago), and have been so understaffed and overworked that I haven't had time to document the systems.
3. there is no such thing as internal communications.
This means that they will be fucked up beyond belief, should I depart in the near future.
