Seen on the back of a pack of (uncooked, non-frozen) beefburgers:

Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

First off that's not preparation that's the aftermath. Second, do they really want me to wash everything in the kitchen down after handling the burgers?
