This is the first time I have been able to spend any amount of time on here catching up with friends all flipping day.
I have several pages to go, and I really wanted an early night tonight...

The last time there were sustained problems we did get some free time added to the end of our subscriptions.

I bloody well want a refund. I've not been able to reply to posts (before now) or update my journal for the best part of two days :/ Not even an update from Support as to what the issue is either!
