Well it appears that I've been outed at work. Someone (and you know who you are, because I don't¹), allegedly found this 'ere LJ, read it, and spread gossip.

I am annoyed a bit about this, but only because I wasn't in control of when it happened. IHTA, that I was close to going public at work soon anyway. Serious consideration had been given to this over the last couple of weeks.

Ho hum, at least I can now stop pretending, and just be me.

I do find this slightly amusing, as they've spent the last 2 weeks gossiping with little in the way facts, as just about everything is 'friends only'.

¹ If the person who outed me at work is reading this, feel like letting me know who you are²? Mind you, I doubt you've got the guts to do so. Why else wait until the first day of my holiday to start the gossip?

² No, I'm not going to rant at you. There is no point, after all, all you've done is reveal something that was already in the public domain, but not common knowledge at work.

All is well. I'm just narked that someone was so cowardly as to wait until the first day of my holiday to start the gossip.

I do find it difficult to regard that person as anything other than a coward.

It was me who found your blog.

FWIW, the fact it was found a day after you went on holiday was purely coincidental and not malicious. The reason I'd found it was that I'd mentioned to someone I'd once seen your 'welsh cob website' with a few pictures of you when you were younger, and was trying to find it again.

It spread like wildfire because of a small group looking over my shoulder while looking for said website - which obviously I thought would be a whole lot more innocuous than it turned out to be!

The main culprit in the further gossip spreading, I will allow to confess for themselves - I guess they may read this....
