It has been a while since I last posted but there have been a few things going on. The most important of which is I have a new job.
As of the coming Wednesday, I'll be working as IT Manager for Jennic (http://www.jennic.com/). I'm not going to say anything about the company, as it can all be seen on their website. Of course, this means that I'll have to move house (again), as Sheffield is not really commutable from Northwich. This need to move does give me mixed feelings, however, I cannot avoid considering the new challenges the role promises.
On a personal level that is the only real change. OTOH, I've had to refurbish the rear brake caliper on the motorbike due to a seized piston, gah. But at least that is a relatively minor problem unlike that plaguing
lproven. A couple of weeks prior to that I gave the bike an oil change, there went 3.5l of semisynth oil. I also need to replace the hugger, as it has developed a crack, so for the time being I've put the original chainguard back on. Bloody thing keeps needing money throwing at it, that though is the penalty of riding it, especially during the winter.
