Hmm. I'd change nothing about his intellect or personality.

What I would change is his health. It pains me to see him the way he is and when I'm apart from him I do cry about it knowing that there is nothing I can do to change it and I just have to watch him getting worse week by week. I want him whole and healthy, heck I want me whole and healthy, but I know that that isn't going to happen. It really really hurts seeing him and knowing that there is nothing I can do to change things. I do what I can when I can, but it never feels like enough.
