Writer's Block: Don't fear the reaper

About 8 years ago I lobbed a motorbike down the road at 60mph, according to the police report it is likely that I'd hit debris on a bend. Later looking at the state of the helmet I was wearing there is good reason to believe that I'd headbutted a station for the armco. But I survived that one with a grazed elbow, severe bruising and a detached tendon in my left little finger.
