Woke up late, with a headache, in a trashed bed, with a large human bite mark on my arm. Second night on the trot I've had to use Hot Chocolate and valium as soporifics in order to get some sleep. Wish I had a couple of zopiclone. Suspect one would be very useful tonight. Tuesday please come and either settle my mind or scare me completely shitless.

A mixture of builders tea, cornflakes, a banana and Avatar is full of win at present.
