As noted yesterday since 2003 I've allegedly been treated for high blood pressure. Periodically monitored would be closer to the truth, and as agreed by the doc I've checked and recorded my BP three times today. I've to continue to do this and to book a follow up appointment in a week so that's going to be close on 14 days worth of readings for them. Anyway, here's today's.
