…and OW! F*ck! That hurt.
A couple of nights ago I gently inclined my head to the side and back again to the accompaniment of a loud crack and a lot of pain. This led me to speaking to my GP again Things are now at the point where as noted earlier the stabbity pains have gone. But the background headpian hasn't.
However, based on the crunchiness at the top of my neck, we are looking at more than likely, and this is a bit of a bugger really, the onset of arthritis in my neck. The headpain being the result that it has now got to the point of affecting the surrounding muscles causing tension in neck and scalp.
This is also likely to be putting pressure on the trigeminal nerve causing the neuralgia.
Bugger. Just shoot me now. :(
