Bugger.

I appear to have damaged myself.

Last night in bed, I managed to tweak my left thigh, and had a feeling like someone had stuck a hot wire down part of it.

This morning there appears to be a numb area about 6" long and up to 2" wide in that same area.

I'm a bit annoyed with myself.
