Well, this 'ere PC is now getting ridiculous. I've just added more memory, and hard disk space bringing it to 2.5GB RAM and 650GB of disk. Even though I haven't replaced the CPU (Athlon XP2400+), it feels quicker. I'd have thought going from 1 to 2.5GB I wouldn't have seen any difference.
Now when I think back my 1st PC, had 640K RAM, no HDD, and an 8MHz CPU. :)
In other news, I lobbed one of these in my bath this morning, didn't realise at the time that it was full of glitter. One well, I've been all sparkly at work today.
Also, this afternoon, I was branded by someone as unpatriotic and should be locked up with the Muslim terrorists. All because I told them, rather forthrightly, that I didn't give a shit about the (football) World Cup. Some people, just have no sense of proportion. Eee, gads it's only a bloody game.
